Subscriptions and purchases
Clarity subscriptions and support purchases are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple Account.
If a purchase is not recognised inside Clarity, open Profile, then Account, then use Restore Purchases.
Privacy or deletion requests
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support. Do not include sensitive reflection content unless it is necessary for the support request.
Cloud Tap issues
Cloud Tap requires an internet connection, a valid app entitlement, and available backend services. If it fails, check your connection and try again later.
Health permissions
Apple Health access can be changed in iOS Settings. Clarity cannot read Health data unless permission has been granted by you.

Clarity is not crisis support. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now.
